Redesigning Poshmark's Mobile
Experience
Poshmark is an online commerce marketplace where users can buy or sell new or used clothing, accessories, home decor, and more. The revival of secondhand shopping has lead to the growth in popularity of Poshmark, as well as other mobile thrift stores like Depop, Vinted, and Vestiaire. With all of these new users and new competitors, it's time for Poshmark to upgrade their interface and provide an intuitive experience for their users.

Overview
The Problem
While Poshmark provides users with an easy way to sell their pre-loved items or buy from others, the mobile app is cluttered, complicated to navigate, and full of repeated or unnecessary functionality. For this project, my goal was to address the user profile, as well as the listing process, and refine these experiences to create a simpler, more intuitive pathway for Poshmark users. I stayed true to the current Poshmark branding and styling, and instead just focused on improving the mobile layout.
Current Site Map
I started by mapping out all of the pages, sections, and links of the current Poshmark app, so I could easily find areas that need improvement and reorganize the navigation accordingly.

Next Steps
Conducting User Interviews
I have many friends who also use Poshmark regularly and I plan on conducting user interviews on the current Poshmark app to gain more insight on user needs, pain points, likes and dislikes, etc.
